3rd Day's Premium Unisex T-shirts are designed to fit both men & women alike with a classic fit. If you know your size, feel free to go for it. Otherwise, please follow these simple steps for ease of mind (Step 3 is especially important)!
When measuring your own chest circumference, please ensure that:
- You stand up straight with your hands at your sides and measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms, and across your shoulder blades.
- The tape measure is snug, but not too tight, allowing it to lie flat against your body without squeezing.
- You add one to four inches (ideally two inches) to your measurement for 'ease' or breathability before referring to the chart below. The tape measure represents the T-shirt. By adding two inches or so, you'll take the measurement from a snug fit to a regular fit.
